Wilts-Glos Partnership

Wiltshire Cricket Limited has an official talent pathway partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket that sees the two counties working together to support the player pathway in Wiltshire, as well as other areas of cricket development within the county.

A specific area of support provided from Gloucestershire Cricket comes in the co-delivery of Wiltshire's Emerging Player Programme. However, the intention of the partnership is for it to span beyond just the talent pathway partnership to include things such as school days at the Bristol County Ground, memberships for Wiltshire players and many other joint initiatives.
